Made the Right Choice

"My brother and I inherited our parent’s home and readied it for sale.

We called in three realtors to evaluate the property and give us their best idea of how they would market the house. None of the realtors seemed to appreciate our home; I believe they all valued the house at around $159,000. I did not get the impression that any of them would work for us or with us.

Because I was so disappointed in the these real estate professionals I opened the Yellow Pages and found the ad for Eric Miller’s Upscale Homes of Berks County in Wyomissing, hoping that a neighborhood realtor might know the market better. Everyone we dealt with in Eric’s office was extremely competent, knowledgeable and always pleasant. I feel that Eric has created a very organized and efficient office team. Stephanie did a great job of marketing the house and Claudia was indefatigable in her efforts. The Showing Center offered a timely, easily accessible method for seeing activity relating to the house. The roofer and radon remediation experts recommended by Eric’s office performed their duties with maximum efficiency as well.

Bottom Line; the house went to settlement within six weeks and for the asking price!
